This Agera R was returned to the Angleholm factory for a complete overhaul.

Now, the vehicle boasts an extensively modified interior featuring CC850 components.

Last year, Koenigsegg's Legends Division created the unique Chimera.

Even after its introduction, the Koenigsegg Agera R continues to attract attention. It established the Swedish automaker among the hypercar elite by merging extraordinary performance with cutting-edge engineering. Powered by a fierce twin-turbo V8, it posed a challenge to the Bugatti Veyron, and in its RS variant, it is still recognized as one of the fastest production cars ever conceived.

Koenigsegg has now launched a new iteration of the Agera R, although it might not align with expectations.

Although the original Agera R was succeeded by the Jesko several years ago, Koenigsegg’s Legends Division has undertaken the project of modernizing and enhancing an existing Agera. The outcome is a uniquely customized machine, specifically designed for the brand's official UK dealer, Supervettura, featuring a variety of thoughtful upgrades inside and out.

      Revised Design with Distinctive Features

The majority of the bodywork is coated in a deep green hue, accented with red pinstripes and exposed carbon fiber details. The entire exterior has also been treated with Koenigsegg's Diamond-Like Coating (DLC).

Next is the interior, which immediately differentiates this Agera R from others, as well as from all other Koenigsegg models. It features a custom instrument cluster that employs round gauges akin to those of the CC850, now arranged in a unique layout with a small sunshade positioned above.

Moreover, the Swedish manufacturer has installed seats reminiscent of those used in the limited-edition One:1, complete with racing harnesses. Christian von Koenigsegg has mentioned that they have also modified the engine to generate more power, although he has not disclosed the exact amount of additional horsepower.

An Expanding Role for the Legends Division

Not much has been revealed about Koenigsegg’s Legends Division, but last year it introduced the one-off Chimera, which is based on an Agera RS but equipped with the Jesko's engine and the CC850's manual transmission. It appears likely that, similar to how Pagani treats the Zonda, Koenigsegg may begin upgrading, refurbishing, and modifying some of its older models.
