The HF-11 is America's response to the exclusive Gordon Murray T.50.

The lightweight supercar with a mid-engine layout will be available with two flat-six engines, delivering up to 1,200 hp.

Customers can also opt for an all-electric version of the HF-11, which boasts 850 hp.

Oilstainlab will provide the vehicle with both a six-speed manual transmission and a seven-speed sequential gearbox.

How does a relatively unknown brand introduce a supercar in 2025? Oilstainlab believes it has the solution with the HF-11, a mid-engine powerhouse offered in both ICE and EV configurations, featuring a design reminiscent of a blend between a Porsche 911 and an Aston Martin Valkyrie. Several months post-announcement, more enticing powertrain details have emerged.

Oilstainlab cites competitors such as the Porsche Carrera GT, Sauber C9, and Gordon Murray T.50 for the HF-11. It’s therefore not surprising that they are developing some particularly thrilling powertrains. Those interested in an ICE will have the choice between a 4.6-liter flat-six or a larger 5.0-liter flat-six, both positioned mid-mounted just behind the carbon fiber passenger compartment.

The “entry-level” 4.6-liter variant will generate 600 hp, a commendable figure given the car's weight of only 2,000 lbs (910 kg). However, the 5.0-liter variant will significantly surpass this, reportedly reaching an impressive 1,200 hp, likely facilitated through a pair of turbochargers attached to the flat-six.

Despite the flagship engine's substantial displacement, it is said to rev up to 12,000 rpm, and when paired with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed sequential transmission, it should enable the HF-11 to achieve true hypercar performance. Both ICE versions will feature rear-wheel drive.

Oilstainlab is also working on an all-electric variant, which will deliver approximately 850 hp, allowing customers the option to choose between the ICE and electric powertrains via a subframe swap.

The small American company plans to produce only 25 units of the HF-11. The base model is expected to retail for around $1.85 million, while those wishing to have both ICE and electric powertrains will need to invest $2.3 million.
