The Karma Revero has concluded its production run, but the aluminum spaceframe inheritance of the EREV sedan will be carried forward in its successor.

Karma has officially ended the Revero production after eight years on the market.

The upcoming Gyesera will retain the same aluminum spaceframe and EREV configuration.

The company is currently accepting deposits of $5,000, though a specific delivery date has not been established.

The Fisker Karma debuted in 2011 as a uniquely styled sports sedan, showcasing an innovative design paired with an electrified powertrain well ahead of its time. Fourteen years later, the last version of its successor, the Karma Revero, has discreetly left the production floor.

However, the design will not vanish just yet. That iconic low-profile silhouette will make a comeback, revamped and presented under a different name.

Recently, Karma Automotive released images of the final Revero on social media. The sedan, measuring 5,065 mm (199.4 inches), was showcased at the company’s facility, finished in green with a beige and black interior. It’s unclear if this particular vehicle is intended for a private buyer or will remain part of Karma’s collection.

The Revero was introduced in 2016 as a modified version of the short-lived Fisker Karma, which was available from 2011 to 2012. After Fisker’s bankruptcy (not to be mixed up with his later one), the company’s assets were acquired by China’s Wanxiang Group, reviving the model under the Karma Automotive brand. The updates were limited but significant enough to signify a new beginning.

Over the years, the brand has unveiled new iterations of the model, including the 2019 Revero GT that featured a BMW-sourced turbo 1.5-liter range-extender engine, the more economical GS-6 in 2021, and the carbon-clad Invictus set for release in 2024.

Karma has emphasized that the legacy of the Revero continues, stating, “Legacy does not end. It endures,” with the upcoming Gyesera representing this philosophy. As a direct successor, the Gyesera maintains the same DNA along with several important enhancements.

In its final iteration, the Revero produced a combined output of 536 hp (400 kW / 544 PS) and 550 lb-ft (746 Nm) of torque via its extended-range electric powertrain. The 28 kWh battery allowed for up to 80 miles (129 km) of pure electric driving, contributing to a total range of 360 miles (579 km) when paired with gasoline.

The Gyesera will continue utilizing the aluminum spaceframe from the original Fisker Karma but will feature updated bodywork made from carbon fiber and aluminum.

Although early claims suggested improved performance, official statistics indicate that both range and battery capacity are consistent with the Revero. The difference lies in performance, where the Gyesera delivers 558 hp (416 kW / 566 PS), a slight increase, while torque decreases marginally to 546 lb-ft (740 Nm).

Karma is currently inviting $5,000 deposits for the Gyesera. Production was initially slated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025, but as the year nears its end without further updates, this timeline appears uncertain.

Looking beyond the Gyesera, Karma’s future lineup will also include the Amaris, a two-door variant. The company has also announced production versions of the Kaveya super coupe and the Ivara crossover, both of which were showcased in concept form in 2023 and 2024, respectively.
