This Hummer Resembles a Batmobile Stranded in Space | Carscoops
A highly customized Hummer H1 featuring 44-inch tires and suicide doors is set to appear at Mecum Kissimmee 2026.
Originally built on a 2003 H1 chassis that has only 20,000 miles.
It boasts a 6.5-liter turbo diesel V8 engine with four-wheel drive.
Its design is reminiscent of a Rezvani Tank but without any hint of subtlety.
Car enthusiasts often enjoy personalizing their vehicles. Some take their modifications to an extreme level, and this example illustrates that perfectly. Reportedly crafted by the Parker Brothers, this Hummer H1 bears little resemblance to its original form.
For those who find the Rezvani Tank too understated, and have an appreciation for the Batmobile from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, this could be the perfect addition for your collection, as it's about to be put up for sale.
A Hummer Styled Like a Movie Prop
Named the “Boss,” this 2003 Hummer H1 displays 20,000 miles on the clock, features the recognizable 6.5-liter turbo diesel V8, an automatic transmission, and four-wheel drive. Its body, interior, and tires demand attention like a neglected child. Let’s first examine the exterior.
The design appears to be influenced by the Batmobile from Christopher Nolan's films and various Rezvani creations. The front has a steep slope and just enough bodywork to conceal the diesel engine beneath the hood.
With angular lights, airflow vents, and visible suspension parts, it presents one of the most aggressive front profiles we have encountered on a Hummer. The wheel arches seem to be considerably distanced from the tires, sitting above each vehicle corner, but they are functionally designed.
The builders installed 44-inch super swamper tires, which necessitate the additional clearance. The wheels appear to be custom-made specifically for this model. Their exact size remains unclear, but they appear enormous given the size of the tires.
The body is coated in Raptor lining, and the doors are hinged at the rear, opening backward as opposed to the norm. Additionally, the exhaust exits at the back of the body, positioned just behind the roof, similar to a modern McLaren.
Inside the cabin, the theme of extravagance continues. The usual cramped feel of the standard H1 is absent, replaced by two roomy seats amidst a predominantly red interior. This includes the upholstery, trim, dashboard, and other elements. A simple tablet-based infotainment system sits above manual climate controls.
So, what kind of price might such an outrageous vehicle command? It will be featured in the Mecum Kissimmee auction this January, and you can view more details in the listing. Share your thoughts in the comments.
