Spy photographers have captured images of an updated Range Rover Sport SV.
This model may debut as soon as next year with a subtly revised look.
The luxury crossover showcases a new rear bumper along with a center-mounted exhaust.
Although the third-generation Range Rover Sport still feels fresh, it was launched in 2022. Therefore, it's not surprising that a refreshed prototype was recently seen testing near the Nürburgring.
Covered in swirling black and white camouflage, the updated Range Rover Sport SV features a lightly modified front end with an altered grille. A sportier central intake is also visible, which includes new outer elements with horizontal fins.

While much of the design remains familiar, the facelifted crossover presents a sportier rear with a centrally positioned dual exhaust system. This is accompanied by a new rear bumper that integrates a diffuser and a lower lip.
These updates are somewhat minor, but the final production model may include further enhancements such as redesigned wheels and updated lighting elements. It's still uncertain whether there will be any major changes to the interior.
The current Range Rover Sport SV is equipped with a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine that delivers 626 hp (467 kW / 635 PS) and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive. This configuration allows the vehicle to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 3.7 seconds, reaching a top speed of 180 mph (290 km/h).
Not much else is known about the high-performance crossover at this time, but it is anticipated to launch in late 2026 or 2027. This schedule suggests it could arrive around the same time or just after the Range Rover Sport Electric.
There hasn’t been much recent news regarding that particular model, but spy photographers captured an undisguised prototype over a year ago. It is expected to share its powertrain with the Range Rover Electric, which is projected to feature a 117 kWh battery pack and a dual-motor all-wheel drive system that produces 542 hp (404 kW / 550 PS) and 627 lb-ft (849 Nm) of torque.
