The pickup features a set of 20-inch wheels and massive 46-inch Michelin tires.

MegaRexx has incorporated new Icon springs along with Fox Racing shocks on both the front and rear.

Additionally, a variety of new body panels ensure this F-250 is distinctive from others.

In the realm of Ford F-Series truck upgrades, the aftermarket industry presents virtually limitless options. Whether owners seek increased horsepower or off-road enhancements to make rough trails feel like leisurely drives, numerous companies are keen to fulfill these desires.

However, when it comes to genuinely transforming these trucks, one name that consistently emerges is MegaRexx Trucks based in North Dakota.

For years, MegaRexx has been creating some of the wildest Fords available, and this is their latest endeavor. Built on an F-250 Crew Cab Lariat, it resembles a miniature monster truck poised to tackle the Dakar Rally.

The modifications by MegaRexx commence with the bodywork. The stock bumpers have been replaced with steel versions, significantly enhancing the truck's approach and departure angles. Furthermore, it is equipped with 4.5-inch Icon springs in the front and 5-inch leaf springs in the rear, coupled with Fox Racing 2.5 shocks at both ends featuring remote reservoirs.

Improvements also include new radius arms, adjustable track bars, and dual steering stabilizers, which facilitate the installation of new 20-inch three-piece wheels wrapped in enormous 46-inch Michelin XZL tires—making even the 37-inch tires on a stock Bronco Raptor appear small.

The tuner has also designed a new grille and hood for the F-250, along with custom front and rear quarter panels. Notably, these panels feature flared fenders that are a striking 9 inches wider on each side than the original. Additional enhancements include a new bed cage, a 40-inch LED light bar, and appropriately, a train horn.

For those not exceeding six feet in height, getting inside this vehicle might be a challenge, prompting MegaRexx to install retractable side steps. As for its power, this beast is equipped with Ford’s 6.7-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V8, generating 500 hp and 1,200 lb-ft (1,626 Nm) of torque.

Overall, it seems that the endeavor to transform a simple workhorse into a formidable off-roading machine has been successful. While we can't guarantee its performance without having driven it, the specifications suggest it should be nearly unstoppable on rugged terrain.
