Are you feeling like the end of the world is near? The monster tank Overtime Traxx is back on the market through RacingJunk — and it's more affordable!
Originally listed for $105,000, Overtime Traxx is now priced at $92,000. While delivery is an option, it likely comes at an extra charge. This impressive vehicle is reportedly parade-ready, but its name will remain with its current owner, Chandler Lloyd. So, before you think about joining parades and grand openings, you'll need to come up with an epic Monster Jam-style name, perhaps starting with Black, Red, The, Judge, or Big. Alternatively, you could simply go with Bruce.
Like many monster trucks, Overtime Traxx isn't its original name either; it's a combination of parts from various automakers. According to Monster Truck Fandom, Overtime Traxx was formerly called Bigfoot Fastrax, featuring a vibrant '80s livery of airbrushed teal, purple, magenta, and yellow.
Bigfoot Fastrax was once owned and driven by Bob Chandler, the founder of the iconic Bigfoot 4×4 that made the monster truck genre popular. It was initially constructed in 1987 by Loren Puyear, showcasing a Chevrolet van body powered by two Chevy engines.
Under Chandler's ownership, the vehicle was shortened and transformed to a Ford, featuring supercharged Ford engines beneath its body. A 1990 Ford Aerostar body was added later. When Lloyd acquired the truck, its name was changed to Overtime Traxx.

While the Aerostar body remains, its engine setup has been upgraded to feature two 572-cubic-inch big block Chevy V8s equipped with 871 blowers. The power of Overtime Traxx is manageable, considering it carries the hefty weight of around 20,000 pounds.
The interior resembles more of an engine bay than a cockpit. However, in front of the engine setup are gauges for each engine and levers for steering. The makeshift center console boasts several more gauges and various switches, though they are hard to decipher in the low-quality images. Judging by their icons, they seem to control the fuel pumps, water pumps, several fans, and tracks.
There’s also seating for two, allowing you and your favorite person to relish the likely thunderous yet exciting supercharged sounds vibrating through your backs and spines. For the same price, you could opt for a GMC Hummer EV SUV, but you'd miss out on the exhilarating monster truck experience along with a full-body massage from the twin-engine vibrations that whatever massage seat is designed for.
