The updated crossover and crossover coupe are set to launch next year with refreshed styling and larger displays.

Audi is currently testing the revised Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron.

Both models are expected to make their debut in 2026 featuring new designs and powertrains.

Recent spy shots show prototypes with a redesigned interior incorporating a curved display.

Our photographers have captured images of the 2027 Audi Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron during their testing phase, now revealing some notable interior changes.

While the existing model is equipped with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and an 11.6-inch infotainment screen, the updated prototype appears to feature an entirely new dashboard with a freestanding curved display similar to those found in newer Audi models like the A5, A6, Q3, and Q5.

This suggests an upgrade to an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.5-inch infotainment system. It's also possible that there will be an optional 10.9-inch display for front passengers.

Details are limited, but the production version may include further enhancements such as a new steering wheel and redesigned controls. Additional refinements in trim, upholstery, and features could also be anticipated.

On the exterior, a subtly updated front end features narrower air curtains with a horizontal accent. While the grille is camouflaged, a refresh is expected, possibly incorporating an illuminated four-ring logo.

Additionally, the Sportback exhibits an evolutionary design tweak at the rear, with a slightly modified bumper and slimmer vents, along with an altered diffuser and taillights that may have updated graphics in the final model.

Shifts under the hood are expected to be significant as electric vehicle technology has advanced since the introduction of the Q4 e-tron in 2021. Anticipations include more efficient motors, enhanced batteries, and improved charging technology.

The current model offers a variety of powertrains, including a rear-mounted motor generating 282 hp (210 kW / 286 PS). An all-wheel-drive option is also available, producing 335 hp (250 kW / 340 PS) with an EPA-estimated range of 258 miles (349 km).
