Due to its low mileage, this Supra exhibits minimal signs of wear and tear.

A 1998 Toyota Supra with just 6,100 miles is set to be auctioned at Mecum’s Kissimmee event.

It remains entirely unmodified, still featuring its original twin-turbo 2JZ engine.

Notable features include a six-speed manual transmission and factory Super White paint.

In the realm of A80-generation Toyota Supras, this particular model comes remarkably close to perfection.

It boasts Toyota’s renowned 3.0-liter twin-turbo 2JZ inline-six engine rather than the naturally aspirated version, features a manual transmission instead of an automatic, has incredibly low mileage, remains completely unaltered, and is from the final production year of the model.

If you've been waiting to find a flawless Supra to add to your collection, this could be your best opportunity.

Mecum Auctions has included this 1998 Supra in its Kissimmee auction set for January 10, where it’s sure to draw significant interest.

Considering how much the A80 Supra is sought after for modifications, finding one that hasn't been tuned or upgraded, either mechanically or aesthetically, is quite rare. However, this example is in entirely original condition.

The vehicle was bought new in August 1998 in Pinellas Park, Florida, and remains in the exact state it was when it left the factory. It is painted in Super White and is mounted on the original five-spoke alloy wheels with a shiny chrome finish. The listing states it has only been driven 6,100 miles in the last 27 years.

While there is no detailed record of how the Supra has been stored or maintained over the years, it appears to be exceptionally well-preserved. The paint is flawless, and the body looks new enough to indicate it has mostly been kept indoors.

The interior is equally pristine. Mecum notes that the removable targa roof has never been taken off.

Under the hood lies Toyota’s celebrated 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged 2JZ-GTE inline-six, an engine that solidified the Supra’s reputation for both performance and reliability. It originally produced 321 horsepower and 315 lb-ft of torque, delivered to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission.

Testing from that period indicated a 0–60 mph time of about 4.9 seconds without rollout, and it had a top speed electronically limited to 155 mph.

It will be fascinating to see the final sale price. Some low-mileage Supras from this era have sold for more than $200,000 in recent years, and while the market may have cooled since its peak in 2022, it would be surprising if bidding on this vehicle didn’t reach at least $150,000.
