With its updated styling and a more refined interior, the refreshed QX60 appears set for success.
Infiniti has introduced the revised QX60, showcasing new aesthetics and added features.
This mid-size crossover showcases a bolder front design and a sleeker rear end.
Customers can expect numerous enhancements, including Google integration and ProPILOT Assist 2.1.
Although Infiniti has seen better days, it is undergoing a significant transformation that aims to expand the luxury brand into new markets and introduce fresh offerings. The launch of the 2025 QX80 marked the start of this change, which is gaining traction with the introduction of the 2026 QX60.
As Infiniti’s top-selling vehicle, the three-row crossover has received a facelift that incorporates design elements from the brand's flagship SUV. The alterations are immediately noticeable, featuring a striking new grille with angled lines that draw inspiration from the interplay of shapes in a tranquil bamboo forest. This creates a more impactful presence, complemented by a three-dimensional, illuminated Infiniti emblem.

In addition to the grille, the front bumper has been redesigned with larger air intakes and a cleaner look. Updated daytime running lights feature a ‘digital piano key’ motif inspired by the QX80.
The updates extend beyond the A-pillar, as the lower door treatment is redesigned to lend a “longer, more horizontal appearance” to the vehicle. Notably, the crossover now rolls on a more upscale set of 20-inch wheels on the Pure trim, replacing the previous 18-inch options. Higher trims also feature redesigned wheels.
The cluttered rear has been simplified for the 2026 model year. The Infiniti badge on the liftgate has been removed, replaced by a more discreet AWD logo next to the QX60 nameplate. The bumper has also been reimagined, featuring a flowing design, extended paintwork, and low-mounted reflectors.
In terms of color options, buyers will have ten choices, including a new Deep Emerald shade. The top-tier QX60 Autograph offers a two-tone design with a Black Obsidian roof and upper body. Additionally, it features a Graphite Shadow and Mineral Black exterior reminiscent of combinations found on the QX80.
During a preview last month, Infiniti representatives highlighted some smaller updates, such as moving away from bright chrome to a darker, more subtle finish that exudes modern sophistication. Autograph trim buyers will also notice new badging along the beltline.
An Elegant Interior Featuring Google Built-In
Interior updates are mostly subtle, introducing a new Stone Gray upholstery option. The Autograph variant features a new seat quilting pattern, along with black open-pore ash wood trim and a stylish metal inlay.
While the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster remains the same, the infotainment system now incorporates Google built-in, allowing access to Google Maps, Google Assistant, and the Google Play store.
In terms of audio, the Bose premium audio system has been replaced with two Klipsch configurations. Luxe and Sport trims feature a 16-speaker audio system with four titanium dome tweeters, a subwoofer, and a 12-channel amplifier delivering 600 watts. The Autograph trim further enhances the sound experience with a Reference Premiere system that adds four headrest-mounted speakers and a 24-channel amp.
This advanced audio system includes an Individual Audio function allowing specific sounds, like phone calls or navigation prompts, to be played through the driver-facing speakers, enhancing privacy and improving the overall experience.
While most changes are positive, it is worth noting that all trims except for the Autograph have removed leather seats, which now feature TailorFit upholstery made from 65% recycled materials. This material claims to be softer and more durable than standard faux leather, and it made a favorable impression during the preview. However, some may prefer genuine leather.
Beyond the model year updates, the QX60 is well-equipped with heated power front seats and a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, alongside a tri-zone climate control system, a nine-speaker audio setup, and a wireless smartphone charger.
ProPILOT Assist 2.1 Offers a Hands-Free Driving Experience
For those with long commutes, the Autograph trim features the newly available ProPILOT Assist 2.1 system, allowing for hands-free driving on compatible highways, taking care of acceleration, braking, and steering.
Luxe and Sport trims have a less advanced ProPILOT Assist system that does not support hands-free capabilities. The Pure trim is limited to basic cruise control.
In addition to ProPILOT Assist 2.1, the 2026 QX60 also receives a more advanced camera system. Luxe models and above get a 3D Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, along with new Front Wide and Invisible Hood views, which help drivers see what’s beneath the vehicle, aiding in obstacle avoidance or
