The RR1 is inspired by the 935 and is constructed on the platform of the Porsche 911 Carrera T or Turbo S.

Rezvani has unveiled the production version of the RR1, which is set to launch this summer.

There are two trim levels available, based on the Porsche 911 Carrera T and Turbo S.

Both models feature retro-themed carbon fiber bodywork along with various options.

The saga of the Rezvani RR1 is quite complex, as the company initially introduced the vehicle before deciding to give it a retro makeover. Now in production, deliveries are anticipated to start this summer.

While the firm has been somewhat reserved with details, the RR1 is built on the Porsche 911 (992) chassis and boasts retro-inspired carbon fiber bodywork meant to evoke the 935 and the "legendary Kremer race cars from the 1970s." The company emphasizes that it pays tribute to classic car designs while incorporating "modern comforts, performance, and safety."

Although specifics are limited, the body predominantly consists of carbon fiber, apart from the doors. The design includes retro-styled headlights, ventilated front fenders, and an attractive rear wing, complemented by 20- and 21-inch wheels.

The RR1 600, based on the Porsche 911 Carrera T, targets driving enthusiasts. This model features rear-wheel drive and a twin-turbo 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine generating 600 hp (447 kW / 608 PS). It can be paired with either a six- or seven-speed manual transmission or an optional PDK transmission.

On the other hand, the RR1 750 is based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S and is equipped with a twin-turbo 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine that produces 750 hp (559 kW / 760 PS). This model also features a PDK transmission and an all-wheel drive system, allowing the coupe to accelerate from 0-60 mph in just two seconds.

Both models are available with street and track suspension options along with a variety of additional features. These options include center locking wheels, cooling enhancements, and a Brembo braking system. Rezvani also provides a roll cage, racing harnesses, and lightweight polycarbonate windows.

In addition to performance upgrades, numerous personalization options are available, including a custom shift knob, unique graphics, and a paint-to-sample exterior.

Production will be limited to only 50 units, and Rezvani is currently taking orders through its website. The starting price for the first five cars will be $195,000 for the conversion alone, not including the cost of the donor vehicle. For context, a new Porsche 911 Carrera T starts at $134,000, while the 911 Turbo S has a base price of $230,400. This means the total cost would range from $329,000 to $424,400 before any additional options, with Rezvani indicating that prices for future models will be even higher.
