Do you recall that viral jump featuring the Ford F-150 Raptor? While there have been other notable moments, the original remains one of the most iconic automotive clips, comparable to Eddie Griffin’s Ferrari Enzo incident. It struck all the right chords to become an internet hit, blending a classic “hold my beer” scenario with an ideal vehicle for such a stunt. At that time, Raptors were still relatively new and almost legendary; this airbag-popping, frame-bending stunt brought the F-150 back down to Earth—both literally and metaphorically.

In the realm of viral automotive moments, this one was substantial. Since no one was shooting short-form social videos in 2013, we received a walk-around that clearly demonstrated the extent of the truck's damage. The force of the crash affected nearly every piece of exterior sheet metal, including the tailgate, which partially came off upon impact. There was also a accumulating puddle of what looked like washer fluid under the passenger-side front wheel, indicating a similarly grim situation under the hood.

However, according to @gen1raptors on Instagram, the truck is still operational today:

The current owner, itsjust_noe, has shared several photos and reels of the Raptor engaging in somewhat typical Raptor activities, though at a much gentler pace than its original owner.

Despite having been totaled once, the truck appears to be in decent driving condition, but the new owner seems to prefer a more relaxed and technical off-roading style, avoiding any 90-foot jumps. At this rate, it could have another 12 years left in it.
