      AI chatbots are increasingly common in our daily lives, with numerous websites integrating them to engage with customers and simplify the shopping experience, though opinions on their effectiveness vary. Carvana is also entering this trend with a unique approach. Its latest innovation, the Shaqbot, is a result of a collaboration with Shaquille O’Neal.

      The Shaqbot employs the voice and humor of the famed NBA player, utilizing actual voice recordings. It operates on response logic approved by O’Neal himself and is designed to address common inquiries and assist customers in browsing the inventory.

      Beyond a Basic Chatbot

      This partnership extends past a mere digital assistant. O’Neal will feature in a range of broadcast and online commercials for Carvana throughout the United States. To complement this effort, a dedicated site named Shaqvana.com has been launched, presenting a selection of vehicles that purportedly align with Shaq’s standards.

      An exclusive Shaq filter will also be integrated into Carvana’s online shopping platform, emphasizing features that the Hall of Famer appreciates most, including spacious interiors, sunroofs, and ample horsepower.
