Apollo celebrates its 20th anniversary with the bold EVO, a limited-edition V12 hypercar that combines striking design and exclusivity.

The Apollo EVO makes its debut as the track-only successor to the Intensa Emozione and is limited to just 10 units.

Equipped with a 6.3-liter V12 engine, it produces 800 hp, allowing the 1,300 kg vehicle to reach 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds.

The first deliveries are scheduled for early 2026, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the Gumpert Apollo.

Although the launch has taken a bit longer than anticipated, the Apollo EVO is finally ready to make its mark. This timing aligns perfectly with the celebration of the Gumpert Apollo’s two-decade milestone. This new hypercar, designed exclusively for the track, is an evolution of the 2017 Intensa Emozione. With a production cap of just 10 units globally, it will begin manufacturing soon, with deliveries starting next year.

Apollo, being Germany’s sole dedicated hypercar manufacturer, states that the EVO reflects its ethos of "rebellious German engineering." The company’s history dates back to the Gumpert Apollo, which set the Nurburgring production car lap record in 2009. Now, under new leadership, Apollo aims to uphold that heritage with the EVO.

      Performance and Weight Efficiency

At its core, the EVO houses a 6.3-liter V12 engine that generates 800 horsepower (597 kW) and 564 lb-ft (765 Nm) of torque. This power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a six-speed sequential gearbox. The entire vehicle weighs a mere 2,866 lbs (1,300 kg) and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in only 2.7 seconds.

The maximum speed reaches 208 mph (335 km/h). The EVO is fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, forged aluminum wheels, and carbon ceramic brakes.

Its structure features a carbon fiber monocoque that weighs just 364 lbs (165 kg). Remarkably, this carbon tub is 15 percent stiffer than that of the Intensa Emozione, despite potentially being lighter than the V12 engine it houses. Additionally, both the front and rear subframes are constructed from carbon fiber. However, the most eye-catching aspect of this car is its design.

With a look that seems crafted to impress even the most extravagant in Dubai, the car resembles a fusion of spacecraft and dragon themes. Aerodynamic fins rise from the rear alongside distinctive LED lighting that complements the 3D-printed titanium exhaust. The interior will include more 3D-printed elements, although a complete view of it has not yet been revealed.

Apollo will produce only ten of these vehicles. While it has not disclosed whether all production slots are filled, it seems unlikely that demand will be a problem.
