A remarkable off-roader with a flair reminiscent of show cars, this leather-trimmed V8 Land Rover is set to go to auction.

The Artemis K2 Defender merges tough off-road aesthetics with luxurious features.

The interior showcases a combination of white and black leather, complete with newly upholstered trim details.

The supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine generates an impressive 518 hp and 464 lb-ft of torque.

In a landscape dominated by heavily modified off-road vehicles, a well-executed custom build can attract attention without being too extravagant. This is exemplified by the Artemis K2, an eye-catching yet carefully upgraded version of the 2025 Land Rover Defender 110, which will be auctioned later this month. It distinguishes itself from the increasingly overstyled Defenders by offering a more sophisticated form of appeal.

At certain Land Rover dealerships in the U.S., it is possible to order modifications directly from Artemis, and this particular Defender features the complete K2 kit, named after the world’s second-highest mountain. This kit includes enhanced wheel arches, a redesigned black grille with a distinctive LED strip, new LED fog lights, and functional hood vents.

Additionally, Artemis has equipped it with a low-profile sliding roof rack made from aluminum and magnesium, designed by Plumb. Other features include a folding side ladder, a tailgate camping kit, and four LED light bars mounted on the roof. However, the most striking aspect might be the 22-inch forged aluminum wheels, finished in a high-gloss white, which give the SUV a sharp and unique appearance.

The white and black theme continues into the interior. While most of the interior remains intact, Artemis has added carbon fiber accents to the steering wheel and wrapped it in fresh leather. The overall cabin design, featuring a mix of white and black leather, mirrors the exterior, creating a clean and harmonious look. Of course, there's an adventurous spirit to having white leather—it's a bold choice that invites usage despite its delicate appearance.

Artemis acquired this Defender 110 new from Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Buckhead in Atlanta, and it currently has a mileage of 2,300 miles (about 3,700 km). This is no standard Defender, as it boasts the optional 5.0-liter supercharged V8, delivering 518 hp and 464 lb-ft (629 Nm) of torque.

This unique Defender will be auctioned during Monterey Car Week and is anticipated to sell for between $115,000 and $130,000. If you're interested in an adventurous ride finished in leather with a substantial horsepower boost, be sure to look up the listing before someone else grabs it for their own excursions.
