It’s hard to believe, but three years have already passed since the Acura Integra made its comeback. To commemorate this milestone, the sport sedan is receiving a refresh that includes a minor exterior update and new technology inside the cabin. While these changes may not sway detractors, they are certainly welcome.
The most noticeable change on the exterior is the new color-matched grille, standard on Integras painted in Performance Red Pearl or Double Apex Blue Pearl. The blue is being carried over from the upcoming RSX and marks one of the new colors for 2026, joining Solar Silver Metallic and Urban Gray Pearl. All other colors, except for red and blue, will come with gloss black grilles, although Acura offers the option of a color-matched grille for Urban Gray and Platinum White trims as well.
Color-matched grilles can be polarizing, and they might lose their appeal if overused. However, for the vehicles that lend themselves well to them (rest in peace, Ferrari Roma), they can be quite effective. The same can be said for the Integra. The Integra A-Spec enhances the design further with new carbon-effect aerodynamic accents, and the existing split five-spoke wheels are now available in black to complement the sporty trim.
In terms of the interior, the main updates consist of a larger 9-inch infotainment touchscreen, an upgrade from the previous 7-inch version, along with standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, paired with a wireless phone charger. Acura claims that the new display is supported by a more advanced processor for improved responsiveness.
The A-Spec models receive particular focus, showcasing a dashboard adorned with a faint diamond-like texture pattern. Integras featuring the Orchid interior include blue micro-suede inserts, while those with the Ebony interior get yellow stitching on the seats, steering wheel, door panels, and shifter, likely tapping into ’90s Integra nostalgia. The A-Spec trim has also seen an expansion in ambient lighting.
Aside from these updates, this remains the same Integra that many know and love. The powertrain has not changed, featuring a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. There are no details yet regarding potential updates to the more performance-oriented Type S, which is also expected to receive the larger touchscreen. Pricing details remain under wraps, but a slight increase is anticipated. The 2025 Integra starts at $34,195, with the A-Spec priced at $36,195. Acura indicates that the 2026 models will be available in showrooms starting in late August, so interested buyers won’t have to wait long for more information.
