At the Goodwood Festival of Speed, MG will unveil two new production electric vehicles for the European market.
One of these models appears to be the IM Motors IM6, which is already available in China.
The company will also present the new Cyberster Black edition and the Cyber X concept.
The 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed is approaching, and MG is providing new teasers. The SAIC-owned brand with British roots is set to launch two new electric vehicles for Europe on July 10th. These will be complemented by the UK premieres of the Cyberster Black roadster and the Cyber X urban SUV concept.
Regarding the upcoming production models, MG describes them as "two new, technologically advanced EVs." A dark teaser hints that one of them is the IM Motors IM6, which is already being sold in China. This same electric vehicle has also been announced for Australia under the distinct name "IM presented by MG Motor," alongside a mechanically similar sedan. It’s hoped that the European version will have a more straightforward naming convention.

The IM6 measures 4,904 mm (193.1 inches) in length and features a coupe-SUV design with LED taillights that resemble those of Aston Martin. The most powerful variant produces 767 hp (572 kW / 778 PS) and 802 Nm (591.5 lb-ft) of torque from dual electric motors, enabling a 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) acceleration in 3.48 seconds.
MG has stated that one of the new models will "showcase its incredible EV acceleration on the iconic hill climb," although specific details were not provided.
Visitors at Goodwood will also have the opportunity to see the MG Cyberster Black, a special version of the electric roadster characterized by a black exterior with contrasting chrome accents and a matching interior. MG has recently rolled out several updates for the Cyberster, along with the introduction of the Cyber GTS coupe style.

The Cyber X will debut in the UK following its launch at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show last April. This concept, which is thought to hint at an urban SUV for production, boasts rugged styling and pop-up headlights, presenting an off-road stance similar to that of a mini Land Cruiser.
Additionally, the MG EX4 EV will also participate in the hill climb, returning this year with new livery inspired by the 1980s Metro 6R4 Group B rally car. MG’s stand will also showcase the fully electric MGS5 SUV, the MG4 XPower hatchback, and the new generation of the HS SUV.
Currently, MG operates in nearly 120 countries worldwide. In Europe, the brand sold 240,000 vehicles last year and aims to increase this number by launching more models across various segments.
