The last-generation Dodge Challenger has a wealth of aftermarket support, primarily centered on performance enhancements and styling. However, Instagram user justinthelightguy has taken a different approach by adding a mouth to the massive coupe and programming it to sing.

Videos shared on social media feature the Challenger belting out tunes like Linkin Park’s 2000 classic "In the End," Wheatus's "Teenage Dirtbag," and Journey's "Don’t Stop Believin'," among many others. The coupe appears to have eclectic musical taste and can even sing while doing donuts, an unexpected sight. It's notably loud; the music competes with the engine's volume.

While justinthelightguy hasn't explained how the Challenger was given a mouth or how the synchronization with the music works, the front bumper sports hundreds of small square-shaped LED lights. When switched off, the Dodge could almost be mistaken for a Hyundai due to its design, which prominently features square-shaped LEDs. When activated, the lights create a mouth complete with teeth and a tongue, and they can also display words and icons. Coupled with the four round headlights, this Challenger resembles a character from Pixar’s Cars.

What’s the intent behind this project, you might wonder? It's a marketing strategy, allowing companies to pay for their names, logos, or messages to be showcased on the front end. Here's hoping automakers don’t replicate this concept with the light bars installed on vehicles in recent years.
