Whether you're an adventurous individual or someone who prefers the urban lifestyle, Damd has the perfect kit for your kei car.

Damd has introduced two new kits for the Honda N-Box, named Angie and Rodney.

The Angie kit features crossover elements, while the Rodney kit emphasizes a more upscale appearance.

If you believed that the Honda N-Box Joy campervan was the most stylish kei van available, think again. Japanese tuner Damd has unveiled two new custom kits designed to infuse the compact N-Box with a unique personality and style, allowing customers to personalize their kei car.

The Angie kit provides crossover-inspired enhancements compatible with both the standard Honda N-Box and the N-Box Joy. The most prominent feature is the revamped front end that exudes strong Range Rover influences. It includes a larger grille with four position lights, new bumper air intakes, and a skid plate for those inclined towards off-road adventures.

Additionally, the profile can be adorned with checkered decals, and for a more rugged off-road aesthetic, the kit can be paired with accessories like 15-inch Nitro Power M6 Carbine alloy wheels, a suspension lift kit from Tanabe, and a roof rack.

Turning to the Rodney kit, it is specifically designed for the more luxurious Honda N-Box Custom. This explains the distinct LED lighting pattern on the headlights, the full-width LED bar, and the black alloy wheels that are standard on the N-Box Custom.

The Rodney features a front bumper design akin to the Angie, yet it presents a look more suited for road driving. The components are constructed from ABS plastic and can be painted in any desired color.

Additional features of the Rodney include side garnishes and sharper side skirts, which complement the sporty elements of the N-Box Custom. Lastly, copper accents enhance its upscale appearance, creating a kei car that resembles a compact and boxy version of a Range Rover Evoque.

Damd does not provide any performance enhancements for the small 658cc engine, which delivers either 58 hp (43 kW / 58 PS) or 63 hp (47 kW / 64 PS), depending on the configuration. Power is directed to the front wheels or all four via a CVT gearbox.

The N-Box kits Angie and Rodney were initially announced at the 2025 Tokyo Auto Salon and are now available for order in Japan, either as standalone kits or complete vehicles.

As per Damd’s official website, the Angie kit is priced at ¥258,500 ($1,700), while the Rodney kit costs ¥215,600 ($1,400). These prices do not cover optional additions such as the wheels, suspension, and roof rack shown on the Angie.
