The German brand has teamed up with JDS Development Group for the expansive complex.
The rooftop of Mercedes-Benz Places features a 16-meter swimming pool and areas for relaxation.
It is anticipated that residents will begin moving into the property in 2027 upon completion of construction.
If merely driving an expensive Mercedes-Benz isn’t enough for you, you'll be happy to hear that the German brand is actively advancing its ambitious real estate project in Miami. Approximately a year after the announcement of the 67-story tower and the start of sales for the first tower, apartments in the second tower are now available.
With increasing competition among automotive brands partnering with developers to create apartment complexes around Miami, including projects from Porsche, Bentley, and Aston Martin, the demand for these luxury condos remains robust. It took only four days for 100 residences in Tower 1 to sell, and now a new Sales Gallery has opened to showcase some properties available in Tower 2.
Mercedes-Benz has collaborated with JDS Development Group on the 2.5 million-square-foot complex, making it one of the largest developments in Florida. It will consist of approximately 800 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos. Mercedes-Benz Places will also feature over 130,000 square feet of amenities and hospitality space, along with 250,000 square feet allocated for offices and health and fitness facilities.
Residents will also have access to a private rooftop area, which includes a 16-meter (52-foot) swimming pool and designs inspired by classic racing Silver Arrows.
Not surprisingly, the apartments command a high price. According to the Miami Residential Group, studios start at $800,000, one-bedroom apartments begin at $1.2 million, two-bedroom condos are available for $1.5 million, and three-bedroom units start at $2.7 million. The first residents are expected to take up residence in Mercedes-Benz Places in 2027.
“The architecture of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami embodies the enduring tradition of our Design Philosophy of Sensual Purity and brings iconic potential into luxury living,” stated Gorden Wagener, chief design officer at Mercedes-Benz Group. “We are applying our considerable automotive design expertise to architecture, making a strong and distinct timeless statement. Creating such a landmark in an iconic city like Miami is a unique opportunity and an honor, and it boldly redefines modern urban living in one of the most vibrant cities.”
