      Back in November, Genesis quietly unveiled a G90 wagon concept with little fanfare. It created some buzz, probably because the company offered minimal information aside from simply presenting it. Now, we're seeing it again, this time with more details—one of which is that this earthy green exterior conceals a fiery secret: it's a Magma.

      So far, Hyundai's newly launched Magma sub-brand has been showcased in an orange hue that reflects its volcanic naming. This green doesn't have an official name yet, but Genesis Chief Creative Officer Luc Donckerwolke noted that its presence here signifies that “Magma is much more than just a color.”

      “It’s about showcasing the possibilities when Korean innovation merges with global aspirations,” Donckerwolke added. “It embodies a unique Korean perspective of care, respect, and balance.”

      “Magma doesn’t shout; it beckons,” Donckerwolke stated. “While many pursue aggression and extremes, we aim for balance. Magma is intended to be rewarding rather than confrontational; it should enhance the driver's experience, not intimidate.”

      This isn't the first time Genesis has teased us with concept cars close to production. In fact, it's not even the first time they've done so with the G90. Earlier this year, Genesis revealed both a G90 Gran Coupe and a Gran Convertible, which were also built on the standard G90 chassis.

      Donckerwolke mentioned that Genesis aims to embrace customization, so it's likely just a matter of time before some of these "concepts" transition to actual production models. Given the pace at which Genesis is progressing, that could happen soon. Stay tuned.
