Cadillac has unveiled the 2026 CT4, featuring extra equipment and fresh color options.
The standard model sees a minor price increase, while the CT4-V rises by $2,705.
The CT4-V Blackwing is back with a new steering wheel and standard Driver Assist features.
Cadillac has discreetly rolled out the 2026 CT4 lineup, which brings several relatively minor updates. Unfortunately, prices have risen, with the base sedan now starting at $35,600 before an additional $1,495 destination charge.
This marks a $605 increase, but the added standard equipment compensates for the bump in price. Notably, the Luxury trim now includes the Cold Weather Package, previously a $600 option, which adds a heated steering wheel and heated front seats.
Additionally, the CT4 Premium Luxury and Sport trims now feature the Climate Package, which was an optional $1,200 add-on for heated and ventilated front seats.
While the CT5 received a redesign last year, the CT4 maintains its familiar appearance. The only aesthetic changes are minor adjustments to the color options, now including Coastal Blue Metallic and Vibrant White Tricoat.
Under the hood, there's a twin-turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine generating 237 hp (177 kW / 240 PS) and 258 lb-ft (349 Nm) of torque. Customers have the option of a turbocharged 2.7-liter four-cylinder producing 310 hp (231 kW / 314 PS) and 350 lb-ft (474 Nm) on the Premium Luxury trim.
Moving up the trim hierarchy, the mid-level CT4-V starts at $50,000, a significant increase from its predecessor's starting price of $47,295, with no specified updates mentioned by Cadillac. The bright side is that it retains the 2.7-liter turbo engine with 325 hp (242 kW / 330 PS) and 380 lb-ft (515 Nm) of torque.
Finally, the top-tier CT4-V Blackwing begins at $62,700, reflecting a $505 increase. While price hikes are generally not well-received, buyers will appreciate the new performance steering wheel. Additionally, models with the ten-speed automatic transmission now come standard with the Driver Assist Package, which includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, and Reverse Automatic Braking.
As in the past, the CT4-V Blackwing features a twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 472 hp (352 kW / 479 PS) and 445 lb-ft (603 Nm) of torque. The standard six-speed manual transmission allows this rear-wheel-drive sports sedan to accelerate to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 4.1 seconds.
