Brabus transforms the AMG SL 63 S into the 985 hp Rocket GTC DEEP RED.

It features fully customized carbon-fiber bodywork adorned with deep red highlights.

The price is around €697,800 or $810,000, accompanied by an all-red luxury interior.

Brabus caters to individuals who refuse to settle for just any vehicle that the elite one percent can afford; they desire something even more unique. Often, they also seek a car that draws attention. The Rocket GTC DEEP RED embodies that mentality throughout its design.

Beneath the striking exterior lies a Mercedes-AMG SL 63 S Performance. In its standard configuration, it generates 805 horsepower (600 kW). However, Brabus has never been satisfied with “standard.” After various enhancements, the twin-turbocharged V8 now produces 985 hp (734 kW) and an impressive 1,342 lb-ft (1,817 Nm) of torque.

This torque level is so extreme that Brabus states it electronically restricts torque to safeguard the components. According to Brabus, this vehicle can accelerate from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.6 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 197 mph (317 km/h) when conditions allow.

Every body panel on this car is custom-made, and it clearly shows. Consider the distinctive front fenders featuring deep aero ducts or the intricately shaped rear fenders that transition into the rear spoiler.

The DEEP RED name is derived from the tinted carbon fiber used on each panel. This theme also carries over to the wheels, another Brabus innovation, which showcases additional red carbon fiber in the aero blades around the spokes.

It Appears Familiar Because It Is

Here’s the most surprising aspect: the carbon fiber body you see here isn’t the most extraordinary part of this design. The GTC is basically a convertible variant of a shooting brake that was initially based on a convertible. It advances Brabus’ Rocket GTS, a shooting brake version of the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 S Performance, but this time the roof has been entirely removed.

This removal reveals the neon yellow interior. Just kidding; it’s also red, because why not? Almost every surface within the cabin is bright red. Most surfaces are covered in leather, although there are a few spots of foam and plastic scattered throughout. What isn’t red in the interior is typically carbon fiber or controls.

For a modest price of €697,800, or approximately $810,000, you can also own a Brabus Rocket GTC DEEP RED, because clearly, a standard AMG isn’t expensive enough.
