      Paying $1,006 for a scale model might seem excessive, but the level of detail far exceeds that of an ordinary toy.

      Genesis has introduced a new range of lifestyle products in the United States.

      Among these offerings is a premium 1:18 scale model that is handcrafted.

      Only 500 units will be produced, showcasing remarkable attention to detail.

      While Genesis' sedan models are facing challenges, there's an excellent opportunity to purchase a new G90. If you know where to look, a limited edition can be acquired for $1,006.

      Although this may sound like an incredible deal, there are a few important considerations. The most significant is that this is a 1:18 scale model available through the Genesis Collection, which is described as a "curated selection of lifestyle goods" designed to "enhance customers’ everyday experiences and ownership."

      The term curated may be an overstatement, as the store primarily offers typical merchandise found at automaker shops. This includes t-shirts, expensive hats, and a few blankets. There is also a $65 Golf Edition Bear Key Charm that is unlikely to sell quickly.

      While the $624 Alcantara weekender bag has its appeal, the standout item is the scale models collection. Although limited, customers can purchase a 1:43 scale model of the G70 or GV70 for $74.

      The true highlight, however, is the G90 from MR Collection. Finished in Verbier White, it was crafted using data from the actual luxury sedan.

      Production is restricted to 500 units, and each one is "handcrafted." Each model comes with a certificate of authenticity, a metal stand, and an acrylic cover.

      The Genesis Collection can be found at select retailers in California and New York, with plans for expansion into additional states soon. A launch in Canada is also forthcoming, but in the meantime, fans can shop online.
