Ultra-Luxury Pagani Residences Feature a Garage Inside a Garage | Carscoops

      The 30-story tower will feature a sophisticated garage crafted by Horacio Pagani.

      Recently, the Pagani Residences introduced an ultra-luxurious garage tailored for Pagani owners.

      It boasts a distinctive exterior design along with an interior reminiscent of an art gallery.

      Residents will have the option to acquire private garages, which are equipped with elegant doors and two bays.

      The popularity of automotive-themed luxury residences has surged, with numerous brands entering the market. Pagani is one of those, collaborating with Riviera Horizons to create an exclusive tower in North Bay Village, Florida.

      Although there hasn’t been much news about the project since its announcement last year, progress is being made, and a preview of the lavish garage has been provided. Like Pagani vehicles, the garage aims to go beyond basic description, offering a “true architectural gallery for those who value high-performance cars.”

      This is not mere advertising hype, as they worked with Horacio Pagani himself, who is well-versed in hypercars.

      He designed a unique exterior facade that merges perforated aluminum with elliptical features, reflecting the Pagani Ellipse, which is a recurring theme within the garage.

      In addition to giving the structure a distinctive appearance, the perforations serve a functional role by allowing natural light into the garage. The openings also enhance ventilation, which will surely be appreciated during the hot, humid summers.

      The interior resembles an art gallery more than a garage, complete with fashionable lighting and upscale accents. For those who find a standard parking space insufficiently secure, residents can buy a private garage.

      These private garages come with stylish glass and metal doors, making them look more like exhibits than parking spots. Each private garage offers two bays and includes an elliptical “Welcome Home” message. Additionally, there seems to be space for tire storage (or decor) integrated into the walls.

      The 30-story tower will comprise 70 corner residences with two to four bedrooms, all featuring terraces and a kitchen designed by Italian firm Schiffini, complete with a sizable island. Other notable features include Gaggenau appliances, premium wood flooring, and ensuite bathrooms with stunning bay views.

      Clients can also choose from two-story penthouses ranging from 10,723 to 12,156 square feet (996 to 1,129 square meters). These luxurious residences offer larger terraces, elevated ceilings, and a private pool with a hot tub.
