The Logan will undergo a subtle facelift featuring updated lights and grille while continuing to utilize its existing engine and platform.
Recently, it has been confirmed that the 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbo engine will remain unchanged for the time being.
Key modifications will include adjustments to the headlights, taillights, and bumpers of the compact sedan.
Both the Sandero and Jogger models will also receive similar styling enhancements in this facelift.
Dacia has been producing the third-generation Logan since 2019, making it time for a facelift. Even though the sedan, which shares its platform with the Sandero, had a minor update in 2022, it is now set for another set of improvements that will introduce more noticeable visual alterations.
The design changes for the updated Logan are not expected to be extensive, but they will be apparent. New renderings show the refreshed Logan with a design that remains familiar while incorporating slight updates to the front and rear components, based on details seen on recently spotted prototypes being tested in Europe.
As imagined by artist Nikita Chuyko from Kolesa, the updates commence at the front. Dacia seems poised to slightly reduce the size of the central grille to match the height of the headlights, resulting in a more harmonious look. The headlights will also receive revisions, and the shape of the daytime running lights will be modified.
Additionally, Dacia appears to be repositioning the fog lights, moving them higher on the bumper and encasing them in redesigned black plastic housings. A new lower grille may also contribute to the visual changes at the front of the Logan.
Since this is merely a subtle facelift, the remainder of the vehicle’s bodywork is likely to remain the same. Rear alterations could be limited to upgraded taillights featuring new LED technology.
No significant mechanical changes are expected. The updated Logan will still utilize the Renault Group’s CMF-B modular platform and maintain the well-known 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbocharged engines offering up to 100 hp.
Similar updates are anticipated for the new Dacia Sandero, which has also been seen with revamped headlights and a sleeker grille. The Jogger wagon is likewise set to receive its own refresh.
