The N-ONE e: was presented in near-production form at the Goodwood Festival of Speed over the weekend, indicating the successor to the Honda e.

Honda showcased the Super EV Concept at this UK event, and the production version of the A-segment five-door hatchback is named the N-ONE e:. The full reveal of the vehicle is anticipated at the IAA Mobility show in Munich, Germany, this September.

Update: Following its Goodwood debut, Honda unveiled the first teaser image of the production version, now without camouflage. The company confirmed the vehicle's name as the 'N-ONE e:'. It is expected to debut in September, suggesting a full unveiling at the IAA Mobility show in Munich that month.

Additionally, the cropped image features the recognizable, appealing facade of a Kei-sized vehicle, complete with round LED headlights. Notably, there is a second charging port on the right side, though its purpose remains unclear.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed, held this past weekend, allowed Honda to introduce an electric urban vehicle concept known as the Super EV, which serves as a near-production model and effectively succeeds the Honda e.

While Honda has been tight-lipped about details, the vehicle is a five-door hatchback reminiscent of the Nissan Cube, showcasing a curvy front bumper and a fully enclosed grille integrated with a charging port. It also features circular headlights and vertical air curtains.

Looking further back, the concept reveals a short hood and pronounced fenders, accompanied by a vertical windscreen, slim pillars, and a relatively flat roof.

Though Honda has not provided many specifics, they mentioned that the concept was “designed to illustrate how an A-segment model could deliver enjoyable electric performance while maintaining Honda's signature usability.” They also noted that this "small, sporty model has undergone feasibility testing in the UK leading up to the event, as part of a broader global program," hinting further at its production.

In addition to the new EV concept, Honda showcased the European premiere of the 0 SUV prototype, along with EV Fun and EV Urban concepts, representing an electric motorcycle and scooter. The presentation was further accentuated by the new Prelude tackling the iconic hill climb. Other highlights included the Honda-powered Williams FW11, the Civic Type R Ultimate Edition, and a Miimo robotic lawn mower.
