Honda has published its sales report for Q1 2025, and while the overall performance showed growth, one luxury model isn't performing as well as before: the Acura Integra.
You can find the complete results here, but in summary, Acura sold 4,680 Integras from January to March 2025, reflecting a 27.8% decline compared to the same timeframe in 2024, when 6,485 units were sold. Nevertheless, the brand asserts that the Integra remains the best-selling car in its segment, comprising 35% of the “premium compact” category, which likely includes the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe, Audi A3, Mercedes-Benz CLA, their performance variants, and the higher-end Integra Type S.
It's worth noting that the sales decline isn't particularly surprising given the usual pattern for niche, enthusiast-oriented vehicles like this one. Initial sales may be robust in the first few model years as long-time fans eagerly acquire the vehicle, but once most interested buyers have made their purchase, sales tend to diminish. In other words, the Acura Integra is not the type of car that one buys on a whim.

This latest generation of the Integra made its debut as a 2023 model, during Q1 of which 7,706 units were sold.
There are reasons to suspect that this sales dip may be linked to the fact that the Integra is not a crossover. Honda/Acura sedan sales experienced declines across the board, with the TLX, Accord, and even the Civic posting year-over-year drops of 41.7%, 27%, and 4.8%, respectively. However, Honda/Acura sales overall saw a 5.7% year-over-year increase, largely due to their SUV offerings. March 2025 marked the brand's best month ever for "light trucks," with 108,466 vehicles sold.
