2025 Nissan Z Maintains Price and Introduces Bayside Blue Color | Carscoops
The powerful 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 remains unchanged, offering 400 hp in the standard Z and 420 hp in the Nismo, which is automatic-only.
The new Z can be purchased in Solid Red paired with a Super Black roof.
Pricing begins at $42,970 and peaks at $65,750 for the top-tier Nismo model.
There are no mechanical updates for the 2025 Z lineup.
As the Nissan Z approaches the 2025 model year, it remains largely the same. However, Nissan fans will be excited to know it is now offered in Bayside Blue, a color famous for its association with the R34 Skyline GT-R, enhancing the Z's visual appeal. Interestingly, the prices have not changed from the 2024 model year, which is uncommon since new vehicle prices typically increase annually.
Bayside Blue was previously available for the Z in Japan but is making its way to the US market now, replacing the local Seiran Blue. If we were in the market for a 2025 Z, we would definitely choose Bayside Blue, but for those who prefer various options, other colors are available: Black Diamond Pearl, Gun Metallic, Rosewood Metallic, Brilliant Silver with Super Black, and Stealth Gray with Super Black.
Nissan has also introduced two new two-tone color schemes: Pearl White Tricoat with a Super Black roof and Solid Red with a Super Black roof.
Aside from the color updates, the 2025 Nissan Z is unchanged from last year’s iteration. All standard models feature a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6, providing 400 hp at 6,400 rpm and 350 lb-ft (474 Nm) of torque from 1,600 rpm to 5,600 rpm.
The range starts with the Sport model, available with either a nine-speed automatic or a six-speed manual transmission, with pricing set at $42,970, excluding a $1,140 destination and handling fee.
For an additional $10,000, customers can choose the Z Performance, available in both auto and manual, starting at $52,970. This version includes a limited-slip differential, 19-inch RAYS forged wheels with Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires, enhanced brakes, heated side mirrors, an 8-speaker Bose audio system, and leather upholstery.
The 2025 Z lineup culminates with the Nismo variant, priced from $65,750. Its refined V6 engine produces 420 hp and 384 lb-ft (520 Nm) of torque, and it is available exclusively with the nine-speed automatic transmission.
