This track-oriented car is powered by a 4.0-liter flat-six engine that produces 518 hp.
Porsche's VIP clients have the opportunity to acquire a new 911 GT3 RS, and the first owner of this particular unit went a bit overboard with the specifications, resulting in an MSRP of nearly $330,000 after selecting several pricey options. Nevertheless, fans are eager to purchase a GT3 RS, and this model is already expected to auction for significantly more than its initial sticker price.
The standout feature of this Porsche is its color. Ordered through Porsche’s Paint to Sample program at a cost of $20,960, the shade is known as Viola Purple Metallic. This is enhanced by the $33,520 Weissach Package, which adds a carbon-composite roof, carbon mirrors, new front and rear anti-roll bars, forged magnesium wheels, and a variety of other carbon elements in both the interior and exterior.
Other features include an extended-range 23.7-gallon fuel tank, Porsche Carbon Ceramic Brakes with black calipers ($10,110), a $3,670 front axle lift system, and blacked-out LED Matrix headlights ($4,010). Additionally, it was equipped with the $1,360 extended Race-Tex package and a $1,600 Bose audio system.
Even though the optional Bose system was included, the owner invested $16,213 with a California company to install a custom audio system that features a new 12-channel amplifier, a subwoofer, Focal speakers, and improved sound deadening.
The exceptional engine remains unaltered, meaning this GT3 RS continues to deliver its high-revving 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six with 518 hp and 342 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission.
