Recently announced, two distinct versions of the limited-edition model have been unveiled, each with unique designs.

The powerful 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged six-cylinder engine remains unchanged, producing 543 hp.
Former motorcycle racing legend Valentino Rossi is now a BMW M works driver competing in the World Endurance Championship. To honor the Italian icon, BMW has introduced two limited-edition variants of the road-legal BMW M4 CS, aptly named the Edition VR46. Production for each model will be restricted to just 46 units.
The two versions, Sport and Style, are mechanically similar but feature distinctive designs that set them apart from standard M4 CS models. The M4 CS Edition VR46 Sport boasts a striking Marina Bay Blue metallic finish with large ‘46’ emblems presented in Tanzanite Blue metallic on the sides. In contrast, the Style version showcases a Matte Frozen Tanzanite Blue metallic finish with Frozen Marina Bay Blue metallic ‘46’ logos.
The unique details extend further. Rossi's signature bright yellow hues outline the outer edges of the kidney grilles, carrying over to the brake calipers and wheels. The Sport version also sports fluorescent yellow trim along the roof, while both variants incorporate yellow accents on the tailgate. A prominent ‘VR46’ feature with Rossi’s signature is displayed on the roofs of both models.
Inside, the cars feature M Carbon bucket seats covered in Merino leather with a Black/Night Blue color scheme. BMW has added Sao Paulo Yellow Alcantara to the shoulder areas, along with a yellow VR46 logo on the headrests. Yellow detailing continues on the M Alcantara steering wheel, and the center console includes a badge designating the car as 1/46.
Like the standard M4 CS, the Edition VR46’s 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged six-cylinder engine provides 543 hp to all four wheels, and BMW claims it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.4 seconds. Notably, the German automaker has implemented customized wheel camber settings for the VR46 version, along with adjustments to the dampers, springs, anti-roll bars, and adaptive M suspension.
Purchasers of these limited-edition models will be flown to Italy for a special two-day experience. The first day includes a visit to the VR46 Motor Ranch in Tavullia, followed by a BMW M Driving Experience at the Misano World Circuit on the second day. Prices for the models will begin at $155,000 in the United States.
