The Honda Freed Crosstar has been used as a basis for a new camper conversion.

The Style_iD program provides owners with the opportunity to customize 20 different parts of the camper.

White House showcased various models at the Japan Camper Show 2025.

The Japanese company White House has unveiled a camper conversion for the Honda Freed minivan, featuring numerous customization options.

The Style_iD program aims to enable owners to personalize their camper according to their age, gender, and lifestyle. The Honda Freed Crosstar is the initial model selected for this conversion, with plans for additional models in the future.

Furthermore, White House, which also produces a camper variant of the Suzuki Jimny, presented four versions of the minivan, each targeting distinct demographics. The Weekend Trail is tailored for families, the Forest Trek is designed for serious campers, the Nature Lover appeals to active outdoor women, and the Three-Way Camper is intended for "calm adult campers."

Customization options include a pop-up roof for added sleeping space and a roof rack for transporting various gear. One example features a protective bull bar on the front bumper, while another is adorned with decorative stickers on its side. The color selection comprises 20 shades and various two-tone options.

White House claims that there are over 20 customizable components on the Honda Freed Crosstar camper. A configurator is expected to launch soon on the dedicated website, displaying all available options.

The aforementioned models of the Honda Freed Crosstar Style_iD camper were presented at the Japan Camper Show 2025, which took place last weekend at the Makuhari Messe near Tokyo. Unfortunately, White House has only provided one photo from the event, highlighting the Weekend Trail version equipped with a pop-up roof, awning, and a selection of camping furniture.

The third generation of the Freed was released last year, maintaining its position beneath the Step WGN in Honda's minivan lineup for the Japanese market. It comes in Air and Crosstar trims, with the latter incorporating crossover-inspired features.

Under the hood, it is powered by either a 1.5-liter gasoline engine or a self-charging hybrid (e:HEV) powertrain, available in both 2WD and 4WD configurations. The Honda Freed e:HEV Crosstar is currently priced between ¥3,327,500-3,445,000 ($21,500-22,200) in Japan.
