If you’ve been gently maintaining an older Fiesta, Focus, Kuga, C-Max, Ranger, or Mondeo, Ford has some surprisingly positive news. They are reducing prices on certain genuine parts by as much as 25 percent, significantly lowering the costs for repairs, maintenance, and the overall preservation of your loyal vehicle.

Over 6,000 Original Equipment parts are being discounted, encompassing 35 different models manufactured up to 2019. This includes a wide range of components from bumpers and body panels to headlights, grilles, and door skins—all of which are commonly damaged in low-speed accidents.

Ford claims this initiative aims to assist the millions of customers still driving older cars across Europe. The company notes that approximately 1.2 million Fiestas produced between 2008 and 2017 remain on the road today. That's a substantial number of vehicles whose owners may be contemplating whether repairing is worth it or if it’s time to retire the car.
By lowering the cost of genuine parts, Ford hopes to encourage more owners to choose repair over replacement. This benefits the owners by saving them money, supports independent garages by allowing them to offer competitive quotes, and aids Ford in maintaining the appearance and safety of its older fleet.
