A record was achieved by fitting numerous dancers inside the V900 cabin.
The Galaxy V900 minivan features a 1.5L range extender powertrain.
It has two battery options that provide up to 125 miles of electric driving range.
Geely is entering China’s rapidly expanding market for premium minivans with the new Galaxy V900. Unveiled at the latest Guangzhou Auto Show, it serves as Geely’s counterpart to the Li Auto Mega, but unlike that model, it operates as a range-extender instead of a pure EV.
Although customer deliveries have not yet started, the V900 has already gained attention by setting an unusual Guinness World Record.

As part of its promotional efforts for the launch, Geely decided to see how many passengers could fit into the van, enlisting 42 petite female dancers for the task.
Surprisingly, the women managed to fit inside the minivan with relative comfort, or at least as comfortably as 42 individuals can, allowing Geely to claim the record for the highest number of passengers ever crammed into a vehicle of this kind.
The Key Details
Naturally, the V900 offers more than just an expansive interior. It was initially launched by Geely in mid-2024 under the name L380 through the Geely-owned LEVC – London EV Company.
However, after experiencing disappointing sales, Geely opted to reintroduce it in China under the Galaxy brand, cutting its price by 80,000 yuan ($11,000) in the process. Next year, the L380 is set to be sold as an EV in the UK.
The range-extending version of the V900 is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that functions solely as a generator. Chinese consumers can choose between a 43.3 kWh or a 50 kWh battery pack, providing an electric driving range between 165 km (102 miles) and 202 km (125 miles).
As you might have guessed from the images, this vehicle is quite large, measuring 5,360 mm (211 inches) in length, 1,998 mm (78.6 inches) in width, and 1,940 mm (76.3 inches) in height, with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm (125.9 inches).
To enhance the luxurious appeal of the V900, Geely has even adorned it with front and rear badges made from 24-carat gold.
Customers will have the option to choose the V900 in six- or eight-seat configurations. Notable interior features include a 10.25-inch digital gauge cluster, a 15.4-inch infotainment screen, wireless phone chargers, a powerful Flyme Sound audio system, and a spacious storage fridge.
