This Porsche Panamera Was Designed for a Single Individual, and It’s Evident | Carscoops
Porsche has unveiled a unique Panamera through its Sonderwunsch program, making its appearance at the Icons of Porsche festival in Dubai. The vehicle features a striking two-tone finish with gold flecks.
With a blend of Avium Metallic details and custom 21-inch wheels, this design is complemented perfectly.
Two years prior, Porsche hinted at a tailored Panamera Turbo created through its Sonderwunsch personalization initiative. Now, the complete vehicle has been showcased at the Dubai event, demonstrating that with sufficient budget, driving a truly unique car is an unparalleled experience.
The exterior is eye-catching, featuring a two-tone paint scheme that merges Leblon Violet Metallic with Sunset Red. This combination flows elegantly across the sedan’s body with added gold flakes for an exceptional touch.
The exterior design is further enhanced by Avium Metallic accents found in the pinstripes and window frames. Moreover, the custom 21-inch wheels also incorporate these Avium metallic details.
Inside the car lies the highlight of the project: the cabin. Similar to the exterior, the interior showcases Sunset Red and Barrique Red elements, which include the seat belts and stitching.
Luxurious black leather adorns the interior alongside Avium Metallic trims, which can be found on the center console, switches, and the Sport Chrono display.
Additionally, Porsche's team of specialists has engraved the coordinates of Zuffenhausen onto the front seat panels, reflecting the level of customization involved.
The car's owner requested a cigar humidor to be placed in the center console's storage area. This feature includes cedarwood inserts and a hygrometer to maintain perfect humidity. An illuminated champagne cooler has also been installed.
The luggage compartment has been similarly enhanced, now fully lined with leather and featuring black anodized metal inserts with Avium accents, mirroring the overall aesthetic of the vehicle.
“The interior of the Panamera Turbo ‘Sonderwunsch’ represents our commitment to fulfilling every customer’s individual dream with precision and meticulous attention to detail,” stated Alexander Fabig, Porsche's vice president of Individualization and Classic.
“Gradients and contrasting hues reflect the exterior design and result in an interior that fuses elegant aesthetics with exceptional craftsmanship,” he continued.
Porsche has not disclosed the cost of such extensive personalization, but considering the bespoke features and unique nature of the vehicle, it can be presumed that it comes at a significant price.
