It seems that BMW's designers have made the kidney grilles on the sedan smaller.
There will also be some minor adjustments to the rear, including changes to the taillights.
The company might update the 7-Series interior with new displays.
Significant developments are underway at BMW. The automaker is not only creating a range of new electric vehicles with a new generation of motors and batteries but is also introducing a completely new design philosophy called Neue Klasse. This new approach will make its debut with the second-generation iX3 and will also be integrated into all of BMW's current internal combustion engine models, including the 7-Series.

Last month, our spy photographers captured a prototype of the new i7 during testing, which, while resembling the current model, features several noticeable changes. Using these spy images as a reference, Kolesa’s team has created renderings of what the finished production model may look like. Unfortunately, we have disappointing news for those who were hoping for an attractive new design for the 7-Series.
Subtle Front-end Changes
Based on recent spy photos, it appears that the design modifications to the 7-Series will be less pronounced compared to some other BMW models. Similar to the existing version, the updated sedan will maintain slim LED daytime running lights at the top of the front fascia, although they do seem a bit sleeker than before.
BMW's designers have also refined the front kidney grilles. While they remain large and are not as seamlessly integrated into the fascia as other upcoming Neue Klasse models, these grilles are slightly smaller than those on the current iteration, which is a positive change. The incorporation of horizontal slats instead of vertical ones, along with a blacked-out finish instead of chrome, will help them fit more neatly into the front design.
Connecting the kidney grilles is the main headlamp unit, which appears somewhat smaller than that of the previous 7-Series.
The rear of the vehicle shows fewer changes. The most noticeable alteration will be the introduction of slimmer, newly designed LED taillights, combined with a redesigned bumper that aims to give the luxury sedan a sharper appearance without drastically altering the overall design.
What About The Interior?
The specific changes to the sedan’s interior remain unclear. It's possible that the flagship model could feature BMW’s new Panoramic Vision system, which includes a large infotainment display along with a narrow, full-width screen positioned at the base of the windshield.
