The brand new electrified Dodge Charger has been available at dealerships for just two months, and it's already being offered at discounts of up to 20%. If you’ve been looking forward to becoming a "Badassador," don’t wait too long. Dodge will end this limited-time offer at the end of March.

Opinions on the Dodge Charger Daytona vary; some see it as an incredible muscle car, while others think otherwise. With a 0-60 mph time of 3.3 seconds and 670 horsepower, count us in! However, critics point to its heavy weight and absence of a traditional big V8. Regardless, those seeking a bargain will appreciate the ability to stack coupons on the new EV. Following a 29% decline in year-over-year sales last year, Dodge could certainly use a sales boost.

According to CarsDirect, the 2024 Charger EV has recently become eligible for a $7,500 National Retail Consumer Cash rebate. This allows buyers to access the same incentive previously available to lease customers since the holiday season. Since the Charger Daytona is not eligible for the federal EV tax credit, this rebate is a welcome alternative. Additional bonuses are also available.

The National Dodge Performance Days Combo Bonus Cash, amounting to $3,000, can be combined for a total discount of $10,500. This applies to both the Daytona R/T and Scat Pack models, which means you could potentially acquire an EV muscle car for around $51,000.

The price decreases further for those living on the West Coast. Buyers or lessees of the Charger switching from a non-Stellantis vehicle can receive an additional $2,000 without needing to turn in or trade in their previous vehicle to access the Conquest Bonus Cash. The model-year 2025 Chargers, however, only come with the consumer cash rebate, which reaches a maximum of $6,500, along with a special financing offer of 1.9% APR for 72 months.

One caveat is that the financing promotion of 0% APR for 72 months is a separate offer and cannot be combined with the discounts on the 2024 model year. While you can add the $3,000 Performance Days bonus, some might find that the interest-free deal isn't as advantageous as taking the full cash discount. For instance, CarsDirect has found savings of just $3,700 when choosing the 0% APR over utilizing all available rebates, even when financing at 7% interest.

As always, terms will vary based on individual credit history. In any case, you stand a chance at winning the next-generation muscle car EV opportunity. It ultimately comes down to deciding between the lump sum of $12,500 or the $5,000 option with zero interest for six years. The only other potentially debatable decision is whether to embrace the "Dodge Badassador" title.
