Consumer Reports has announced their annual Top 10 Automotive Picks for 2025, with Japanese manufacturers once again leading the rankings. However, two American brands and one German brand also made the list.
Before delving further, the publication noted that each Top Pick received a high overall score, which considers road tests along with reliability and owner satisfaction ratings. To qualify as a Top Pick, the vehicles also needed to perform well in crash tests, and each includes automatic emergency braking as standard. Essentially, these models are expected to be safe, reliable, and enjoyable to drive.
