Jeep commemorates 85 years with special edition Wranglers and Gladiators, featuring subtle design enhancements, upgraded technology, and a few nostalgic elements.

Jeep has introduced the 85th Anniversary Editions of the Gladiator and Wrangler, which come equipped with bronze tow hooks, special decals, and exclusive wheels. The interior boasts plaid seats and distinctive shift medallions.

As part of their Twelve 4 Twelve initiative, Jeep continues to unveil special editions. The latest, following the Wrangler Whitecap and Moab 392, celebrates "85 years of off-road leadership" and is notably the most affordable option yet.

The Gladiator and Wrangler 85th Anniversary Editions are built on the Sport S trim, showcasing a distinctive exterior with bronze tow hooks and exclusive 17-inch wheels finished in Steel Oxide. Customers will also notice body-color fender flares, Blue Agave 85th anniversary badges and decals, LED lighting units, tinted rear windows, and a Gorilla Glass windshield.

Inside, notable changes include eye-catching plaid seats adorned with an 85th anniversary tag, complemented by a matching plaid accent on the instrument panel.

Further enhancements include a plaque and an 85th anniversary shifter medallion, as well as Berber floor and cargo mats. Additional equipment features an Alpine premium audio system and the Convenience Group, which offers heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, remote start, and keyless passive entry.

The vehicles are powered by a familiar 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, delivering 285 hp (213 kW / 289 PS) and 260 lb-ft (353 Nm) of torque.

Pricing starts at $45,820 for the Gladiator and $46,300 for the Wrangler, making them $1,005 and $710 more expensive than similarly equipped Sport S variants with the Convenience Group and Alpine audio system.

Jeep is currently taking orders, and these models will also be available in Canada, where pricing begins at $57,490 CAD for the Gladiator and $65,885 CAD for the Wrangler.
