The Japanese automaker is considering new concepts that include homes and even luxurious catamarans.

Lexus is looking beyond vehicles, imagining products for land, water, and air.

In this initiative, they have unveiled an ultra-luxurious catamaran concept.

They have also introduced the upscale Lexus House residential design.

At the Japan Mobility Show, Lexus showcased three different LS concepts, which were merely a part of the company's "multi-modal luxury vision." As they reimagine their brand, they're focusing on a "limitless luxury lifestyle."

Under this new strategy, the company is targeting products for land, sea, and air. While they're no stranger to luxury yachts, they introduced a catamaran concept marketed as a “high-performance vessel intended for an exceptional, crewless passenger experience.”

The company provided limited details, but the autonomous catamaran features a rigid windsail covered in solar panels. It also boasts an expansive rear deck and a sophisticated interior with large windows, a spiral staircase, and a table for eight.

Lexus mentioned that since the catamaran operates without a crew and travels across the ocean, owners could enjoy unparalleled privacy.

      Lexus House

Housing developments have gained traction among car manufacturers, and Toyota’s luxury brand is considering this with the Lexus House. Designed to look suitable for a Bond villain, the residence features clean lines and locally sourced wood.

It also includes high ceilings and large glass windows, which would be perfect for remote areas. Lexus described the open design as promoting “voluminous spaces.” Additionally, the upper floor is envisioned as an area to display vehicles alongside furnishings.

      Lexus Hub

Lastly, the Lexus Hub serves as a communal space that combines retail, dining, art, entertainment, and services like childcare in a futuristic structure. It features a spindle design with renewable timber and a transparent roof that allows natural light to fill the space.

The company shared little about it, but we can see a bar and what appears to be a restaurant. It also includes a Joby landing pad, because why not?
