Just 14 hours ago, it was reported that a three-story townhouse in Tokyo marks Aston Martin's inaugural private residence in Asia.
The residence comes equipped with a golf simulator, a private spa, and custom luxury furnishings.
Aston Martin has yet to reveal the property's price, but it's certainly not inexpensive.
For individuals whose bank accounts are filled with more zeros than they can count, driving anything less than extraordinary may not be an option. If that resonates with you, we might just have what you’re looking for. Aston Martin, known for its remarkable cars, has newly introduced its first private residence in Asia, and it’s quite remarkable.
This property, named N°001 Minami Aoyama, is situated in the upscale Tokyo district of Omotesandō and is a spacious three-story townhouse developed in collaboration with local real estate firm VIBROA.

Besides the two Aston Martins housed in the garage, the design doesn’t heavily lean on automotive themes. However, it exudes luxury, particularly with its ornate front façade featuring metal louvers.
To optimize the available space, VIBROA excavated a substantial basement area, capitalizing on the sloped terrain. This allowed the inclusion of a gym, wine cellar, dedicated golf simulator, and a private spa, alongside three en-suite bedrooms.
The rest of the residence is filled with high-end fixtures and furnishings, including a powerful Bowers & Wilkins audio system akin to what’s found in one of the British brand’s vehicles. Aston Martin has also incorporated custom wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, and various bespoke furniture pieces.
Adding to the allure of N°001 Minami Aoyama is its rooftop terrace, which boasts views of the city.
“For Aston Martin, design transcends automotive inspiration. Our team considers elements from fashion, architecture, and even culinary arts in their work,” said Aston Martin's chief creative officer Marek Reichman.
“From the striking sail-like silhouette of Aston Martin Residences in Miami, to the ultra-luxurious interiors in Ras Al Khaimah, and the breathtaking architectural design of N°001 Minami Aoyama, you can witness the significance of proportion, visual impact, material innovation, and craftsmanship.”
