A new development is set to rise in Dubai, reflecting the company's distinct and striking style.
Mansory has been selected to create an ultra-luxury residential project in Dubai.
The residences will feature Mansory’s “signature aesthetic” throughout their design.
This project follows Brabus Island and multiple other automotive-themed structures.
The popularity of automotive-themed housing developments has surged, with brands like Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes, and Pagani all offering residences in Miami. Lamborghini also has villas in Dubai and Andalusia, Spain.
The trend has gained such momentum that tuning companies are getting involved. Brabus Island has recently been announced for the Al Seef District of Abu Dhabi, set to include 100 custom villas and 350 luxury apartments in four high-rise towers.

Mansory is joining the movement by collaborating with real estate developer Amaal. While details about the project are limited at this stage, the tuner claims it “signals a new benchmark of ultra-luxury living in Dubai.”
The company further stated that they will integrate their “signature aesthetic” into these high-end residential developments. Mansory also pledged to create homes where “elegance meets audacity and every detail reflects individuality and performance.”
While specifics are scant, the developer's Amaal 8 project in Mohammed Bin Rashid City is planned to have 512 residences, consisting of one to four bedrooms distributed across 48 floors.
Amaal 8 is anticipated to open in late 2027, with some buyers having access to a “showroom-style” VIP garage that offers top-notch security and direct access to penthouse elevators. Residents and visitors can also look forward to a range of amenities, including both indoor and outdoor gyms, an infinity pool, a spa, and a cinema. Additional features will include a restaurant and bar, outdoor mini golf, and simulators for racing and golfing.
