VW has raised the incentives for the ID Buzz, now offering discounts up to $10,000.

Many dealers are pricing new ID Buzz Pro S models significantly below the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).

Some dealerships in Colorado are advertising ID Buzz models in the $30,000 range.

2,469 vehicles. That’s the total number of ID. Buzz EVs that Volkswagen sold in the first nine months of this year, making it the lowest-selling model in its U.S. lineup, unless you exclude the Golf R and Golf GTI, which, realistically, shouldn’t be separated.

Given this context, it’s not surprising that VW dealers are enhancing offers on the electric van as the year comes to a close, aiming to reduce inventory before the new model year.

      What’s VW Offering Now?

If the ID.Buzz has caught your interest, now could be the right moment to act. Just before the end of November, VW raised its Retail Customer Bonus on the ID. Buzz from $2,500 to a much more appealing $7,500. Although this promotion began with Black Friday, it will continue well into January. Additionally, there is another offer available.

The ID. Buzz also qualifies for a separate $2,500 Dealer Bonus. This could bring total savings to $10,000, assuming it’s applied. However, as noted by Cars Direct, there’s no guarantee that the dealer will pass this incentive on to the buyer, as dealers may choose to keep the $2,500 for themselves.

Therefore, if you intend to secure a good deal, be prepared to negotiate. Whether or not you receive this bonus may depend on how effectively you advocate for yourself.

Both bonuses seem to apply to all trims. The ID. Buzz starts at $59,995 for the Pro S variant, not including the $1,550 destination and delivery fee. With the discounts applied, the starting price can fall to $51,545.

      It’s Worth Shopping Around

That’s a significant reduction, but as we found on Autotrader, exploring various options may lead to even better pricing. Numerous VW dealerships nationwide are listing base ID. Buzz Pro S models well below MSRP.

For instance, Tynan’s Volkswagen in Aurora, Colorado, has three 2025 Pro S models in its inventory, each priced at just $36,695, a notable $25,500 less than the $62,195 MSRP. All three vehicles have fewer than 15 miles on their odometers.

These aren’t the only competitively priced ID.Buzz Pro S models around. Karen Radley Volkswagen in Woodbridge, Virginia, features two listed for sale through Autotrader, each available for $45,195, with zero miles on the clock, offering a substantial $17,000 discount from the original $62,195 MSRP.

There are numerous other Pro S models available throughout the U.S. for under $48,000, so if you're looking for a deal, there are plenty of good choices.
